MOT testing on your doorstep

An MOT certificate is a legal requirement and all vehicles over 3 years old must have an MOT every 12 months. An MOT test checks the road worthiness and safety aspects of your vehicle including items such as brakes, steering, suspension, lights, tyres, exhaust, fuel system and much more. Your vehicle must be tested at an approved VOSA testing centre.

MOT test centre

D&M RADCLIFFE  has built a superb reputation over the years and continue to develop a highly regarded customer base in and around Radcliffe, Little Lever, Bolton and Greater Manchester Area.

Book your MOT

To book your car in for an MOT just give us a call on 0161 724 4201 and let us take care of the rest…

We can also provide same day appointments, MOT while you wait and small adjustments can be made free of charge.

Your MOT test will take approximately 45 minutes to complete and our prices are lower than VOSA and most main dealers.

Check the current MOT status of a vehicle

You can check the current MOT status of any vehicle online at the Directgov website. This might be one that you own already or a second hand vehicle that you are thinking of buying.

The online MOT status check gives you information about the date of the last test,  mileage on the vehicle at the time of the test and the expiry date of the test

You can compare the online information against the paper certificate to make sure it’s genuine.

Check current MOT status at the Directgov website.

Check the MOT history of a vehicle

To find out details of previous MOT tests on a vehicle you can do an online MOT history check at the Directgov website..

You can only look up information online going back to 2005 when the MOT Scheme was computerised.

The MOT history check will give you full test details and the mileage at the time of each test.

Check MOT history at the Directogov website.
